40mm wide aluminium capping bar with rafter gasket included. Please select both the length and colour to get the price for the item.

Ideal for capping roofs with polycarbonate (any thickness) or glass. This bar is for use with rafters up to 50mm / 2" wide. The bar is predrilled with holes every 300mm. It will need to be fixed to a timber rafter or steel purlin. The combination of the capping bar and rafter gasket provides excellent drip protection at the joints.

Available in the following lengths: 2.4m, 3.0m, 4.8m, and 6m. 

Available in white, brown. 

  • 40mm is the width of the aluminium and 51mm is the overall width with the gaskets compressed
  • Colours - available in White, Brown, 
  • High quality supple EPDM gasket with cord, re-tained in situ by special design
  • So versatile for - conservatories, sky light roofing, glazed walk ways, shopping centres, swimming pools, railway and bus stations etc
