At Goldstar Plastics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement materials. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the plastic sheets or products in their original protective film and shipping containers to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our returns facility using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
